RETURNS

Items purchased can be returned for a new size or if goods are faulty, however, good must be returned in original condition (including packaging if purchased via the web-store) within 14 days upon receipt of goods. Items cannot be returned for change of mind.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Gift cards unfortunately are exempt from being returned.

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchanges - We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item but a different size, send us an email at sales@dezigna.com.au.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

All sublimation is printed with high quality Italian inks, however, we will not be liable for inks wearing off through products wear and tear.

Payment is due in full prior to the goods being taken/delivered.
